Cheryl Adcock

Client Accounts

Cheryl is Bermudian and began working at Ettrick in 1989 when it was a small, one vet practice and under different ownership. When Dr Andrew Madeiros purchased the hospital in 2000, as a valuable member of staff, Cheryl decided to stay. She has worked in various roles including reception, kennels and nursing. She then took on the role of client accounts over 20 years ago. Cheryl assists the practice manager in ensuring that all client accounts are maintained to a high standard. Cheryl greatly enjoys getting to know clients and their animals and although she may not see them on a regular basis, she knows all clients and their pets by name. When she is not at work, Cheryl enjoys travelling, gardening and spending time with her nieces and nephews. At home Cheryl and her husband have a busy home with two dogs, two cats, a chicken and a 26 year old cockatiel that she hand reared from 3 days old.

Tiffani Augustus

Receptionist

Tiffani is a Bermudian and is one of our newest members of staff having joined Ettrick in January 2020 as a member of our valued front desk team. Before joining Ettrick, Tiffani worked for 12yrs at DHL in a number of different roles. Tiffani has always had a love for animals and was lucky to grow up on a farm. As a teenager she volunteered at the SPCA and dreamed of studying veterinary medicine in Australia. This may not have happened, but Tiffani was very excited to join Ettrick and finally work with animals and although her main duties are client care, she takes every opportunity to assist the nurses and vets with basic animal care. Tiffani loves that there is always something new and exciting happening at Ettrick and that there is never a quiet day.
When Tiffani is not at the hospital, she enjoys spending time with her animals. Yuka a 9month old American Staffordshire and Lucky a 4month old kitten. She also enjoys dancing, reading, writing poetry and spending time with family.
